DESCRIPTION:These vinyasa flow classes are designed to build flexibility\, stability\, strength\, balance\, focus and connect to self. We’ll link breath with flowing movements. All levels are welcome\, variations will be demonstrated. Beginner students will flow gently into modified postures and seasoned students can choose more advanced options. Review the Safety Check List (Required) – CLICK HERE \n2. Choose your streets and submit your Volunteer Form –  CLICK HERE \n3. Pick up blue trash bags at the Exit Gate of the Sunapee Transfer Station. \n4. Leave all filled trash bags on the sides of the roads for pick up by the Highway Department on Monday. \n\n\nAll volunteers are welcome to join together in Sunapee Harbor at noon for a community picnic! \nThank you for volunteering to help clean up our wonderful town! \nProject Sunapee

SUMMARY:New Hampshire Classroom Course - Boating Certificate
DESCRIPTION:Overview\nThe New Hampshire Classroom Course covers a variety of topics including boat navigation\, boating safety equipment\, invasive aquatic species and laws and rules. This instructor-led class incorporates a range of learning methods consisting of lecture\, videos\, and student discussion. \n\n\nCertification Cards\nUpon successful completion of the course\, students will leave with a boating certificate which is valid for 45 days. The permanent certificate card will be automatically mailed to the student’s address entered at the time of registration. \nWho Needs Boating Education?\nEveryone 16 years of age and older who operates a motorboat over 25 horsepower on New Hampshire waters must have a valid boating education certificate. \nAge Requirements\nStudents may register and take the course at 15 years old\, although a boating education certificate will not be issued until their 16th birthday. \nSpecial Accommodations\nIndividuals with disabilities may request reasonable accommodations by contacting the New Hampshire Marine Patrol at (603) 293-2037 option #1. Please allow a minimum of 30 days advance notice for the department to arrange a course and requested accommodations.
