Hatha Yoga – Abbott Library

Classes will be slow-paced, allowing students to learn and explore each pose and notice the ability and strength of the body. Classes will be perfect for beginners. The first two classes will be a combination of seated and chair yoga. The third class will be a mat class.
Bring your own yoga mat or a beach towel for the third class. Straps and yoga blocks will be provided.
