Pose, Paint, and Pint at Hoptimystic Brewing

Join Sunapee Yoga Company at Hoptimystic Brewing for a yoga, creativity, and a beer! Tia Savage, LICSW and owner of From the Roots Life Coaching, will lead a self-care activity after yoga. It’s a Thanksgiving-themed rock painting class where we’ll focus on gratitude and intention as we design meaningful, festive pieces to take home. This gentle hands-on workshop is a perfect way to slow down, connect with yourself, and celebrate the season in community with others. This fun vinyasa flow class is suitable for all levels. The cost includes class, workshop, and one beverage. Approximately 2-hours.
