Comet Shopw & Winter Reading Kick-Off

In this workshop presented by McAuliffe-Shepard Discovery Center, participants will learn about comets by creating one themselves. They will explore questions like where comets come from, what they are made of, and how many types of comets there are. They will then get to build on this knowledge by creating their own comet with dry ice and other materials. After the workshop, participants can sign up for our Winter Reading program, and learn about the exciting events and prizes that will keep everyone reading through the coldest months of the year!
