OUR HISTORY
Stacy’s Smoothies is the passion project of two sisters. Stacy, the Founder of Stacy’s Pita Chip Company & Deb, Sunapee resident and restaurant industry veteran. We were looking for healthy summer snacks and alternative treats in Sunapee Harbor….thus Stacy’s Smoothies was born! 2025 will be our 10th summer and we have loved every minute of it but it’s time to pass the torch on to the next generation.

GABES STORY
Gabe Humphrey started coming to Stacy’s Smoothies when he was 12 years old. He would ride his bike, park it, come in and buy his smoothie every day. He was so cute handing over his money for his daily smoothie and then riding back home. As soon as he was old enough to work he applied and started working for us.

Fast forward to today, Gabe has moved from employee to supervisor to manager and will be taking on the role of Owner in 2025. We are so proud and happy to be able to continue the Stacy’s Smoothies story and to pass the business on to someone who is as passionate about it as we are.
